F&B Business Development & Franchise Director

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Business Development & Franchise Director to lead the growth and development of an exciting new family cafe concept in Dubai, with plans for regional and global expansion.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic team driving a fresh and innovative cafe concept that caters to families, creating a welcoming environment with a focus on quality food, customer experience, and community engagement.

As the Business Development & Franchise Director, you will be responsible for building and executing a strategic growth plan, identifying key markets, establishing new franchise partnerships, and overseeing the brand's development across multiple regions.

You will work closely with senior leadership and operational teams to ensure the business achieves its targets for both local and global scale.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience (7+ years) in business development and franchising within the F&B industry and well-known restaurant groups, with a strong track record of successful international expansion.
• Strong knowledge of the franchise model, from development to operational execution.
• Previous experience working in a family-oriented or casual dining brand is highly preferred.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with franchisees, partners, and internal teams.
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to drive growth and operational excellence.
• A deep understanding of global market dynamics, cultural preferences, and local regulations.
• Ability to travel as required for business expansion and franchise meetings.
• Strong leadership and management skills with a hands-on approach to business development.

Salary Package Offered: very negotiable – short term contract and full time contracts will both be considered.
