General Manager

Location: Quincy, MA      

Salary: $70,000 to $80,000

My client is a well-established restaurant group with locations across the East Coast! This concept is a casual italian, full service restaurant seeking a General Manager to join their dynamic team.

The Ideal Candidate:

• At least three years of experience in a similar role
• Driven by creating excellent guest experiences and driving sales through repeat business
• Strong financial acumen, able to read and evaluate P&L statements, COGS, provide accurate forecasting etc.
• Passionate about food and customer service
• Excellent communication, organisational and time-management skills
