My client, a distinguished 4-star hotel, is seeking talented chefs to join their dedicated kitchen brigade of 14, led by an accomplished Culinary Director.

With aspirations towards Michelin and 4-rosette recognition, this role is ideal for ambitious chefs committed to excellence.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experienced Chef de Partie (or similar) with strong culinary skills.
• Ambitious, adaptable, and thrives in a collaborative team.
• Comfortable working approximately 48 hours/week (3 double shifts, 2 shorter shifts).

Salary & Benefits:

• £35,000 - £39,000 per annum plus tips and meals on duty.
• Affordable shared accommodation available (£303/month).
