Student Record Administrator

Support a leading educational establishment providing high-quality data administration service to a busy department whilst gaining industry experience in this full-time temporary role! 

 

In the Student Record Administrator role you will be :



  • Supporting student queries both in person at the service desk and online
  • Updating data, based on data check reports
  • Assisting with enrolment events as and when required
  • Assisting with course changes, enrolment, student finance and giving general advice

To be considered for the Student Record Administrator role you will need:


  • Experience in general record administration.
  • Ability to quickly learn new processes and systems.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for tracking, updating, and data checking.
  • Experience in front-facing support and signposting. 

This is a temporary position, working Monday - Friday 37 hours per week for a period of up to 12 weeks.

The role is paying £12.21 per hour + holiday pay, based in Wrexham and is accessible via public transport.
