Role:  Legal Secretary    
Location: Ringwood
Salary: £26,000 per annum

We are recruiting for Legal secretarys who are looking for full time, permanenent work. 
 
What’s the role?
The successful candidate will be working within Commercial and Family Law. 
 
You will be responsible for: 

- Administration duties including typing, filing, and scanning (this department operates in a paperless environment).
- Screening telephone calls, inquiries, and requests, and managing them when appropriate.
- Dealing with all correspondence via emails, faxes, and post.
- Producing documents, reports, and correspondence as required.
- Keep files up to date, filing documentation.
- Dealing with clients face to face/phone/email. 

What do you need as a Legal Secretary?

- Minimum typing speed of 60 words per minute (WPM).
- Working with a digital dictation system is essential. 
- Highly organised, good diary management skills.
- Excellent telephone and customer service skills.
- Excellent IT Skills.
