Who are we?

We're a Norwich-based, world-serving brand in the drink supplement space (Think Red Bull...

but we're not an energy drink).

Our mission is to help people achieve more, win more, and do more with our delicious nootropic-packed drinks.

Beyond that, every sale helps feed and nourish a child for a year through our charitable partner-something we're immensely proud of.

With our fast-growing reach, we're seeking a Creative Strategist who can help us produce and manage content that grabs attention, educates, and converts-across multiple channels and for a wide range of audiences.

What's the role?

As our Creative Strategist, you'll be the go-to person for generating content and overseeing its entire life cycle-from initial concept to final deployment.

Some of your key tasks include:

Content Creation & Management...


  • Producing simple, high-impact mobile video content of our products "in action" in various settings.
  • Using basic image and video editing skills to bring ideas to life quickly.
  • Organising and overseeing content shoots, coordinating with actors and influencers, and working with internal or external video editors to finalise assets.

Creative Analysis & Iteration...


  • Reviewing existing creatives to see what's performing (via Foreplay, TripleWhale Creative Cockpit or similar) and brainstorming iterative versions to boost performance.
  • Maintaining a feedback loop with media buyers, ensuring we're exploring new angles and optimising proven concepts.

Funnel Awareness & Strategy...


  • Learning about funnel stages and ensuring each piece of creative speaks to its audience effectively (e.g., awareness vs.

    consideration vs.

    purchase).
  • Developing creative for advertorials, comparison funnels, and other sales pages, bringing a direct-response mindset to every campaign.

Content Organisation & SOPs...


  • Staying on top of all B-roll footage and existing content assets, so you know what's in your arsenal.
  • Creating and refining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) so that our creative production process is efficient, repeatable, and scalable.

Influencer & Community Outreach...


  • Identifying and partnering with influencers or creators to champion our products.
  • Sending out product samples (creator "seeding") and guiding them to produce authentic, on-brand content.

Expansion & Innovation...


  • Brainstorming new product campaigns and angles-think niche sports (golf, cricket, etc.) or other passions our audience might have.
  • Embracing AI tools (Midjourney, Sora, ArcAds) to supercharge content creation and boost creativity.
  • Splitting your week into research, creation, requesting, production, collaboration, and feedback-always pushing boundaries and trying fresh ideas.

Your Skills & Experience:


  • Basic Video & Image Editing: Comfortable turning raw footage or images into polished pieces.
  • Demonstrated Creative Chops: Whether it's past work, a personal portfolio, or a killer TikTok feed, show us your ability to make engaging content.
  • Understanding of Psychology: You're fascinated by why people buy, click, and convert-and you bring that curiosity into your creative decisions.
  • Collaboration: You thrive when teaming up with media buyers, video editors, and external talent.
  • Organisation: You're able to spin multiple plates-managing shoots, assets, and creative briefs-without letting anything drop.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfort with AI-driven creative tools, or willingness to learn fast.

    Familiarity with analytics tools (like TripleWhale) is a major plus.
