We're recruiting a Sous Chef for a prestigious boarding school in Berkshire.

This opportunity is ideal for a Sous Chef who is already working in education or looking for better work-life balance and daytime hours.

The successful Sous Chef will prepare fresh breakfast, lunch, and dinner for up to 150 students, and will also assist with hospitality during beautiful functions.

Sous Chef requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef in Contract Catering, education or other sectors
• Possession of an enhanced DBS certificate for safe working or ability to gain a DBS.
• Ideally qualified to NVQ level 3 in Professional Cookery or equivalent
