Carpenter Multi

Our client, a leading Housing Association and Property Maintenance company, is seeking an experienced Carpenter Multi-Trade to join their Responsive Repairs Team on a full-time, permanent basis in Basingstoke.

What you'll do:

• Carry out 1st and 2nd fix carpentry


• Install internal/external doors, windows & UPVC units


• Perform locksmith tasks (snapping, drilling, picking)


• Fit kitchens and carry out minor joinery


• Install fencing (feather edge, chain link, panels)

What you'll need:

• NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry or 5+ years' proven experience


• Residential/Housing background preferred


• Full UK driving licence (held for 2+ years)
