We are currently looking for a talented Thai Sous Chef to become part of a restaurant group in London.

The ideal Thai Sous Chef will have a strong background in preparing authentic Thai cuisine from all regions of Thailand and a passion for creating innovative dishes.

The Sous Chef should be confident in developing Thai menus, with a solid understanding of menu costing, kitchen operations, and team leadership.

Fluency in Thai is essential for this role, as is the ability to stay ahead of culinary trends and bring fresh concepts and ideas to the table.
