Private Client Solicitor (Wills & Probate) - Derbyshire

Excellent opportunity for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join a well-established and reputable legal practice in Ripley, Derbyshire.

Our client is seeking a skilled and empathetic Fee Earner to join their busy Wills and Probate / Private Client team.

This role offers the chance to handle a diverse range of private client matters and provide crucial legal support to individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing a varied caseload of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs), Probate, and Court of Protection applications.
- Conducting client meetings to understand their needs and provide professional legal advice.
- Drafting, updating, and producing Wills and LPAs with accuracy.
- Undertaking property inspections and relevant legal research.
- Ensuring high levels of client care and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Effectively managing your own workload, meeting deadlines, and achieving targets.

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:

- 5-10 years PQE within Private Client law.
- Proven experience in professional Will and LPA drafting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and accurately.
- High-level IT skills.
- A caring and empathetic approach to client matters.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
