We’re looking for a Sous Chef to join a lovely boarding school in Berkshire.

This role is perfect for someone with a strong restaurant background who is either already working in education or looking for better work-life balance with daytime hours.

You’ll be preparing fresh breakfast, lunch, and dinner for up to 150 students, and helping with hospitality during some wonderful functions.

Sous Chef requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef in Contract Catering, education or other sectors
• Possession of an enhanced DBS certificate for safe working or ability to gain a DBS.
• Ideally qualified to NVQ level 3 in Professional Cookery or equivalent
