A recently CQC 'Good' rated, Kent-based Local Authority is looking for an Operations Manager within ADULTS SERVICES for their front door, early help and provention team.

You will:

Provide effective and motivational leadership supporting the service to deliver positive outcomes for people across the authority.

Taking responsibility for the delivery of effective and efficient services across a service area, ensuring that statutory responsibilities are met through high quality social care practice.

Provide guidance on complex high risk safeguarding situations.
