My client is an established firm in the precision engineering Automation sector, based in Lutterworth.

They are currently looking for a skilled Electrical Design Engineer to produce electrical designs within an Automation Environment.

 

The Role - Electrical Design Engineer

- Produce electrical designs that are compliant with and conform to, all relevant Codes of Practice, Company and Industry Standards

- From approved designs, produce Electrical Parts Lists/Bill of Materials, for all electrical and pneumatic aspects of a project

- Collaborate with colleagues to produce electrical layouts for automated machinery and associated components

- Provide technical support during the build, testing and commissioning project phases

 

 Minimum Skills / Experience Required - Electrical Design Engineer:

- Ability to follow electrical and pneumatic schematic diagrams and drawings

- Conversant in the use of AutoCad and highly skilled with EPlan software

- Proven electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical experience within the automation industry

- Comprehensive knowledge of diagnostics, testing and repair of electronic/electrical, pneumatic and mechanical systems

- Able to commute to the LE19 area

 

The Package - Electrical Design Engineer

Hourly rate up to £45ph
3-6 Mth Contract
Hybrid / remote opportunity
