I’m working with a leading global hospitality brand on the hunt for a talented Sous Chef with deep roots in authentic Thai cuisine.

This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a premium concept tied to a high-profile international client—delivering quality that meets first-class standards

You’ll need to be confident in traditional Thai cooking and ideally able to speak Thai.

Experience with other Asian cuisines is a bonus.

What you'll bring:

• Solid Thai culinary background (restaurant experience preferred)
• Strong leadership skills – able to direct a team and lead by example
• Menu development expertise – from concept to execution
• Ability to liaise across departments and maintain high quality standards
• Comfortable working closely with Exec Chefs on presentation and development
• Some flexibility to travel within the UK if needed
