
Sous Chef - Catering
We’re on the recruiting Sous Chef to join a dynamic, high-volume contract catering kitchen based in London.
This role calls for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented with kitchen processes and admin, and is confident leading and supporting junior staff.
You’ll be part of an incredible team producing exceptional fresh food for clients from all over the world.
We're seeking a Sous Chef with a true passion for high-quality cuisine, a commitment to excellence, and the skills to help run a smooth, efficient kitchen in London!
Sous Chef benefits:

Sous Chef requirements:
- Proven track record in large-scale catering or high-volume hospitality operations.
- Excellent longevity and commitment within previous roles.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills across planning, production, and delivery.
