Sous Chef – Up to $50k – Revelstoke, BC

We’re partnering with a lodge in Revelstoke, BC that attracts all outdoor and adventure lovers.

They’re looking for a Sous Chef to join their talented kitchen team.

It’s a fantastic chance to hone your cooking and leadership skills while enjoying everything Revelstoke is famous for—mountains, trails, and adventure!

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or comparable kitchen leadership experience, ideally in a high‑volume breakfast/lunch setting
• Strong skills in breakfast, lunch, and après menu execution, creative with hearty, comforting dishes
• Experience helping with leading a small team
• Food safety certification and solid knowledge of kitchen hygiene
• Passion for local ingredients and mountain‑resort hospitality
