Sales & Marketing Director – Jamaica, Caribbean – Up to $120k

We are working with one of the Caribbeans top Hospitality groups who operate a diverse portfolio of concepts across the Caribbean islands.

This group is now looking for a new Director to join their team in Jamaica and lead their Sales and Marketing program. 

Candidates must hold a USA passport due to visa requirements

The Role

• Drive sales through key channels and local businesses
• Develop and implement strategic pricing and rate plans
• Oversee group performance, traffic, and profitability across all concepts
• Collaborate with marketing on effective campaigns, brand positioning, and guest outreach
• Lead and motivate the sales team on daily strategies and meeting targets
• Manage sales and marketing budgets, evaluate performance metrics, and coordinate community initiatives

What they are looking for:

• Proven background in sales and marketing in a similar role in the hospitality space
• Good knowledge of the Caribbean market and how to work with travel partners in the region
• Open to learning and sharing the company’s story, values, and cultural roots
• Comfortable digging into numbers and using data to help guide smart decisions
• Positive, proactive approach—someone who takes initiative and gets things done
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple properties and moving parts
