• Operational Leadership – Oversee daily performance, ensuring high standards in product quality, service, and efficiency.
• Financial & Performance Management – Drive sales, monitor budgets, and manage stock levels to maximize profitability.
• Team Development – Lead and support store teams, fostering a positive culture and identifying opportunities for growth.
