They're looking for a confident, experienced Assistant General Manager to help lead a high-performing team and deliver consistently excellent service.

You’ll be a key part of day-to-day operations, supporting senior leadership while mentoring the floor team.

• 70 covers (including an outdoor space)
• 150–300 covers per day

• Someone who takes pride in high standards and attention to detail, with a calm but commanding presence
• A strong, engaging front-of-house personality – full of warmth and natural charm
• A good understanding of both front and back of house operations
• Proven ability to lead, inspire and support a team
• A real passion for hospitality – from food and drink to culture and service
• Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken English) and solid computer literacy
• A proactive, hands-on leader with a strong sense of ownership
• A true team player – adaptable, reliable, and calm under pressure
