Job Title: Cluster General Manager
Location: Amsterdam or the Hague
Salary: €63,200 – €80,000 gross per annum +bonus 

A rapidly growing hospitality group focused on hybrid accommodation is seeking a Cluster General Manager to lead two distinct properties in the Netherlands. This brand blends short and extended stays with locally inspired guest experiences and a strong commercial ethos.

As the General Manager, you'll manage small, locally empowered teams.

The position offers a mix of hands-on operational leadership and commercial strategy, ideal for someone ready to take a step up or with prior multi-site experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Full P&L ownership and operational accountability for both properties.
• Oversee outsourced services including night shifts and maintenance.
• Act as the local commercial lead, driving performance in coordination with the central sales and revenue teams.
• Collaborate with external partners.
• Contribute to local strategic decisions even as some services are centralized.
• Uphold brand standards and deliver seamless, elevated guest experiences.
• Coordinate with central functions while advising on location-specific needs.
• Manage operational compliance, guest satisfaction, and staff performance.
• Champion the brand vision within each property and the local market.

About You

• Previous experience as a General Manager or strong Assistant GM looking for a step up.
• Multi-site experience is a plus, but not essential.
• Commercially savvy with a hands-on leadership style.
• Proven ability to work with external partners and 
• Dutch is a plus.
