Responsibilities:

• Manage the restaurant’s operations to ensure guests are provided with an exceptional experience
• Lead recruitment across the restaurant.
• Provide leadership and guidance to staff, building and fostering a positive and motivating work environment
• Analyzing sales and controlling expenses, payroll and inventory
• Ensure cleanliness and safety standards throughout the restaurant are met

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience as a General Manager in a quick-service restaurant
• Strong understanding of beverages and menu development
• A confident, level-headed leader with great communication and organizational skills
• Solid grasp of P&L management, COGs, and financials
• Passionate about the restaurant industry, guest experience, and business growth
