My client is a fast-growing business that operates a well-known fast-food brand.

They are looking to add a new General Manager from a fast-paced, or delivery background to join their team.

Their mission is to improve customer attraction and retention through enhancing the consumer experience, their food offering, restaurants, talent, and franchisees as they prepare for growth and build their brand name.

Skills and Experience of a General Manager:

• Experience managing both front- and back-of-house restaurant operations.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, health inspections, and temperature control is critical.
• Comfortable using third-party apps
• Willing to learn quickly, embrace the concept to ensure the restaurant’s success.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
