Skills and Experience
- Proven experience as an Executive Sous Chef or higher in a high-volume restaurant, ensuring top-quality food.
- Skilled in leading, training, and motivating kitchen staff in a fast-paced environment.
- Efficient in managing high-volume production and maintaining health and safety standards.
- Experienced in managing food costs, inventory, and budgets effectively.
- Passion for creating innovative, seasonal, and guest-focused menus.
