Commercial Property Paralegal/ Fee Earner Our client is a long established law firm recognised and trusted for providing a range of quality legal services in the Peak District area.

They are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Paralegal who is keen to continue their development as they look to support the Solicitor with their caseload.

You will be skilled in providing support to a Commercial Property Solicitor and be capable of using a high degree of self-management and initiative. 

Due to the makeup of the  firm, they are able to be flexible to a certain extent and build the role around the right candidate.

In general, the role would be assisting the Solicitor with their clients initially with the potential to develop the role into more independent fee earning. 

You should ideally have: 
– Experience of working in a Commercial Property environment.
– Discretion and confidentiality. 
– Excellent organisation skills. 
– An ability to work to strict deadlines.
 
They are looking for people with positivity, energy and a can-do attitude who will fit into their team. 
 
Salary will be competitive dependent on experience with genuine scope to develop alongside an experienced and well respected Commercial Property Solicitor.
