Job Role: Senior Chef de Partie (CDP)
Cuisine: Classic French Bistro (tapas-style)
Team Size: 8-9 chefs | Hours: 45/week
Location: Notting Hill (Royal Oak/Westbourne Park)

We’re partnering with a celebrated French bistro-wine bar, renowned for its inventive small plates and stable, passionate team.

This Senior Chef de Partie role offers the perfect blend of creative freedom and structured mentorship.

The Restaurant:
• 9-year-old independent with a loyal following
• Dinner service weekdays, all-day weekends
• Fresh, seasonal ingredients & refined techniques
• Michelin-trained Head Chef offering expert coaching
• Minimal turnover – tight-knit, quality-focused brigade

The Ideal Senior Chef de Partie:
• 3+ years’ experience in bistros/branded restaurants
• Strong section skills & flair for French cuisine
• Stable CV with longevity in previous roles
• Team player who thrives in a busy but supportive environment
• Passionate about menu development (input encouraged!)
