Salary: Up to £37,000+ bonus

Location: Wales

I am recruiting a Head Chef to join this boutique hotel in Wales.

My client is looking for a passionate and experienced chef who will lead a dynamic kitchen.

About the position

• Lead the kitchen team in delivering high-quality dishes and maintaining the standards
• Oversee the creation and execution of seasonal menus using the finest local ingredients.
• Ensure smooth kitchen operations and collaborate with front-of-house staff to provide an outstanding dining experience.
• Live in accommodation available for the first 3 months
• KPI Bonus scheme

The successful candidate

• Highly organised Head Chef with fresh food experience and volume
• Calm and focused Head Chefs who are hardworking and humble
• Experience with events
• Great communication skills
• Assist with all EHO, stock taking, rotas, food, and staff costs
• Dedication to your craft, longevity in roles
