An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Vehicle Mechanic with diagnostic experience to join a well-established vehicle repair centre.

This full-time role offers a salary range of £36,000 - £44,000 and benefits.

As a Vehicle Mechanic, you will diagnose and perform a range of repairs and servicing tasks on customer vehicles.

You will be responsible for:



* Applying technical expertise to ensure all servicing and repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively.


* Completing service documentation and repair records accurately, in line with company processes and managerial requirements.


* Reviewing job cards thoroughly to assess vehicle condition, confirm diagnosis accuracy, and verify the scope of approved work.


* Developing and maintaining positive working relationships with team members across the workshop.


* Collaborating effectively within the team to uphold high standards of customer service.


What we are looking for:



* Previously worked as a Vehicle Technician, Vehicle Mechanic, Car Mechanic, Car Technician or in a similar role.


* Possess diagnostic experience.


* NVQ level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.


* Knowledge of automotive systems and functionalities.


* MOT Tester status would be beneficial.


* Valid UK driving licence.


* Right to work in the UK.
