I am on the hunt for a hands-on Chief Operating Officer to lead the business, steer the ship, add value, and become a key figurehead in the company.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in scaling businesses across multiple locations and teams.

This could be the perfect next step for an Operations Director ready to move into a COO role.

• Ensuring full compliance across tech, health & safety, contracts, and licensing.
• Taking the lead on launching exciting new partnerships and venues.
• Identifying opportunities to cut costs and improve margins without compromising quality.
• Coaching, mentoring, and developing your direct reports to deliver their best.
