My client is looking for a Restaurant Manager to join their team at this unique luxury hotel.

Located in the rural countryside setting in Somerset, this converted estate offers a unique experience for guests along with a hotel, restaurant and spa facilities.

About the position

• Ensure the smooth running of the restaurant and bar experience
• Drive staff training to the highest level
• You will have full awareness of the hotel day to day activities
• Responsible for recruitment, training & development
• Create a unique environment and experience for the guests

The successful candidate

• Minimum of 2 years working in luxury hotel or restaurants
• Strong knowledge and a passion for luxury food and drink
• Strong commercial acumen
• Fine dining experience
• Self-motivated with attention to detail
• Experience and knowledge with seasonal produce
