HEAD CHEF - MALE, MALDIVES

We are working with a boutique hotel in Male City, Maldives that are looking to strentgthen their team by adding a Head Chef.

The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's kitchen operations.

Additionally, the Head Chef must have a eye for creatiity, passion for food, bring high energy, a great personality and ability to be flxible while collaboraitng within a team.

Responsibilities not limited to:

• Menu development and planning
• Recipe generation
• Setting up budgets for food costings
• Supplier managent 
• Ensuring the overall cleanliness and hygiene protocols of the kitchen incuding food safety practices
• Management of kitchen staff
• Inventory managemnt 

Ideal candidate:

• Experience as a Head Chef ior equivalent in a boutique establishments
• Knowledge of the Maldivian marker preferable 
• Financial managment - ability to set budgets, food costs, etc
• Leadership and management 

Salary package: USD1500 (neg) + flights, accommodation, medical, visa, service charge
