Job Role
As Head of Department, you will manage and supervise a small, dedicated team delivering high-value, privately funded family law services.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a senior leadership role in a growing team with strong referral networks and a solid billing history.

Key Responsibilities
, Oversee and develop a team
, Handle a high-quality caseload of private family work including divorce, finances, HNW cases, and agricultural matters
, Provide supervision, support, and training to team members
, Maintain and develop the firm's excellent reputation and client base
, Work closely with Partners to shape the department's future

Job Requirements
, 5-10 years PQE+ in Family Law (more experienced candidates also welcome)
, Experience with complex, privately funded family matters
, Proven ability to supervise or lead a team
, Strong client care, communication, and commercial awareness
, Confident working autonomously and taking initiative
