We are looking for an Adult's Social Worker to join a Mental Health Team

It is REQUIRED to have a Social Work Qualification with at least 2 years of post qualified experience

About the Team

This is a multi-disciplinary team, carrying a caseload of people with severe mental health problems with a strength based approach.

The team works together to ensure that the individuals they support lead fulfilling lives while reaching their potential to live as independently as possible.

The team works holistically with the individual and their social network to strengthen and build sustainable families and social capital.

About You

Experience working within a mental health team (community based or inpatient) will carry over to this role well.

A degree within Social Work (Degree/ DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of 2 years post qualified experience is essential.

A valid UK driving licence and vehicle are essential to be considered for this role.
