I am looking a or Senior Support Worker or Team Leader who has experience overseeing a team in adult social care.

You will be working for a lovely, person centred andspecialist organisation who provide supported living to those with Mental health conditions, Learning Disabilities, physical disabilities and challenging behaviours.


We are looking for compassionate and conscientious Senior Support Workers who are passionate about promoting independence and assisting service users and their families in their rehabilitation journey.


You will recieve:



  • A competitive Salaryof £25,784 - £28,589 (DOE)

  • £82 per sleep in

  • Full time, permanent contract of 37.5 hours per week guaranteed with available overtime.

I am looking for:



  • An NVQ L3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent or willingness to complete this

  • Experienced of leading shifts/staff in a care setting

  • A"can do" attitude

  • A Teamplayer

  • Experiene or willingness to provide support to people with learning disabilities that have personal and medical needs

  • Empathy

  • A passion for person centred and high quality care

  • Good interpersonal, communication, ICT and organisational skills
