We're seeking an exceptional leader to take on an Interim Headteacher position at two charming village schools located in the Harrogate area.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference quickly, working in partnership with a committed Governing Body, the Diocese, and the Local Authority.


Your leadership will help shape the future of the Federation and provide stability, direction, and inspiration for pupils and staff.

  • You are a proven Headteacher with a strong track record of driving school improvement.




  • You thrive in fast-paced, high-impact environments and embrace the challenge of interim leadership.




  • You're skilled at identifying areas for development and implementing sustainable change.




  • You communicate clearly and build trust with stakeholders including pupils, staff, parents, governors, and external partners.




  • Your resilience, empathy, and vision will inspire confidence and boost morale.
