Brigade Size: 15 chefs
Covers: 200 daily, 600 + on weekends

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Breakfast Chef to join a thriving Italian brasserie in West London.

This high-volume, fast-paced restaurant serves authentic, high-quality Italian cuisine and is looking for a passionate and driven Breakfast Chef to lead the morning service, covering breakfast and brunch.

What they are looking for in a Breakfast Chef:

• A highly organised Breakfast Chef with experience in a high-volume restaurant
• Background in premium or authentic Italian dining, or busy Breakfast / Brunch venue.
• Strong leadership, training, and team development skills
• Experience in stock ordering, inventory management, and kitchen compliance

The Role:

• Oversee daily kitchen operations during breakfast and Brunch, early starts
• Maintain high standards of food preparation and execution
• Ensure efficient service across the morning service
• Work closely with senior management to evolve the menu and maintain quality
