Commis Chef & Chef de Partie - New York City 

We are working with a prestigious new private members' club to find a skilled Chef de Partie to join their culinary team.

In this role, you’ll work alongside a talented leadership team, preparing exceptional inspired dishes while ensuring consistency and quality in your section.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated chef to refine their craft and grow in a world-class kitchen.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-end or fine dining environment
• Michelin training an asset!
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and kitchen operations, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish.
• Knoweldge and experience with Japanese cuisine
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen, collaborating with the team to maintain high standards and smooth service.
