Freelance SuccessFactors People Analytics Expert - HR Insights & Reporting Strategy


Location: Germany (Remote with occasional on-site)


Start: ASAP


Duration: 6 months (initial), with potential extension - programme runs 3+ years


Type: Freelance / Contract


We are currently supporting a major HR IT Transformation programme for an international client based in Germany and are looking for an experienced SuccessFactors People Analytics Expert to lead the evolution of data-driven HR insights across a global enterprise.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide strategic and hands-on expertise in the design and deployment of SuccessFactors People Analytics (embedded analytics, Story Reports, Workforce Analytics)

  • Support the development of a global HR reporting framework that aligns with business KPIs and HR transformation objectives

  • Drive the integration of People Analytics with other SuccessFactors modules (e.g.

    Employee Central, Talent modules) and external data sources

  • Ensure analytics solutions are scalable, compliant, and aligned with IT and business architecture

  • Serve as a subject matter expert in workshops and working groups without taking on a formal stream lead role


Your Profile:



  • 8+ years of experience in HR analytics, with strong focus on SuccessFactors People Analytics / Workforce Analytics

  • Solid understanding of HR data models, KPIs, and visualization best practices

  • Proven track record in HRIT transformation programmes involving SAP SuccessFactors

  • Familiarity with data integration tools, HR reporting frameworks, and self-service analytics

  • Excellent command of English; German language skills are advantageous

  • Available to start immediately
