We're recruiting on behalf of a leading Housing Association for an experienced Painter and Decorator to join their Property Team in Devon.

The Role:
You'll carry out painting and decorating tasks in occupied and empty homes, including:

• 
  Surface prep and finishing


• 
  Painting, wallpapering, and tidying up


• 
  Providing excellent customer service

What You'll Need:

• 
  NVQ Level 2 in Painting & Decorating or 5+ years' experience


• 
  Great customer service skills


• 
  Knowledge of health & safety


• 
  A full UK driving licence (minimum 1 year experience)
