Private Client Fee Earner

We’re assisting our client, a law firm with decades of experience and a well-established team of highly qualified and skilled lawyers, in their search for a Wills & Probate Lawyer to join their Private Client team near Preston. 

Their legal team has a first-class reputation and covers a wide spectrum of legal services for individuals and businesses, providing businesses and individuals the quality professional advice they need.

They now have an opportunity for a Wills, Trust, and Probate Lawyer, qualified either as a Solicitor or through CILEX, to join them.

With benefits that include above average holiday leave, free parking, private medical insurance and pension, performance AND annual bonus, this is a great opportunity for a Private Client Lawyer with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience or equivalent to join this growing firm. 

The successful candidate will:

•    Manage their own caseload of wills, probate and trust cases using a case management system.
•    Engage with clients primarily via telephone and email, with in-person appointments as required.
•    Handle additional responsibilities, including wills, powers of attorney, and estate administration.
