The Opportunity

I am  seeking an experienced and passionate General Manager to lead the full operations of for this iconic restaurant. 

You will be the driving force behind their commitment to excellence, leading a talented team and ensuring every guest enjoys a world-class dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily operations, ensuring seamless service and the highest standards of hospitality.
• Lead, inspire, and develop a dynamic team, fostering a culture of excellence and professionalism.
• Manage financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue growth.
• Maintain and elevate guest satisfaction, handling VIP clientele and special events with finesse.
• Collaborate with culinary and beverage teams to deliver innovative, memorable dining experiences.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards at all times.
• Represent the restaurant group’s brand values, both in-house and within the wider community.

Ideal Profile

• Proven experience as a General Manager or senior leader in high-end, luxury dining environments.
• International experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality is highly desirable.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Strong business acumen and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
• Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Hands-on, energetic, and committed to excellence.
