My client is looking for an individual with boutique hotel experience to join their family run business.

• Managing the profitability of the hotel along with hitting targets

• Manage & lead a team effectively
• Deliver achievable hotel budgets along with a long-term strategic plan
• Work closely with the owners

The successful candidate

• Experienced manager from hotels a must
• Room & revenue management experience
• Budgeting & P&L experience
• Excellent leadership skills
• Exceptional communication skills and a hands-on operational approach
