Chief Operating Officer – Miami, FL or Caribbean – $300k to $400k DOE

We’re working with a luxury hospitality group with stunning concepts in the USA and Caribbean, and they’re on the lookout for a hands-on, people-focused COO to join their team either in Miami, FL or based in the Caribbean.

This is a great role for someone who loves being on the ground, leading from the front, and making a real impact across operations.

What they are looking for:

• Senior leadership experience in luxury hospitality or the cruise ship industry.
• Proven track record in business development and growing new revenue streams.
• Strong sales acumen with experience securing new contracts and partnerships.
• Hands-on leadership style with a visible, approachable presence across all properties.
• Ability to build trust and credibility with teams at all levels.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on operational excellence
