Service Manager

Are you a strong leader, who is adaptable wants to be part of an established, national mental health charity? I am looking for an experienced Deputy or Service Manager to lead staff in services for a specialist provider that supports the independence of those with Learning Disabilities.

This role is based in Richmond with a salary of £39,035

Requirements:



  • QCF Level 3 or 5 with willingness to complete further training and qualifications

  • A successful track record of performance managing staff within adult social care services

  • A great understanding of CQC framework, compliance and regulations, as well as risk assessment and safety management

  • Excellent IT and organisational skills

  • Full, clean driving licence and access to a car

  • Flexibility
