Receptionist (Must have Enhanced DBS)

We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join the team.

The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks.

This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

, Greeting visitors and managing the front desk
, Answering and directing phone calls
, Handling incoming and outgoing mail
, Booking meeting rooms and managing schedules
, General administrative tasks to support the team
, Maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area
