Director of Rooms – Bermuda, Caribbean – Up to $100k

We are searching for a Director of Rooms on behalf of a luxury resort located on the beautiful island of Bermuda.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned rooms leader who thrives in a high-end, guest-focused environment and is looking to take the next step in an iconic resort setting.

• Competitive Compensation Package: Base salary of $95K–$100K USD, annual performance bonus, and up to $30K housing allowance, plus temporary accommodation on arrival.

The Role

The Director of Rooms will oversee front-of-house departments, ensuring a seamless and elevated guest experience.

They’ll lead and support department teams, drive service standards, and help optimize daily operations across the resort.
