Job Title: Building Facilities Engineer
Location: Warwick
Hours: 37 hours per week
Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 06:30 - 16:00

Looking for a role where your technical skills make a real impact every day? We're looking for a Facilities Engineer to join our team in Warwick.

In this hands-on position, you'll play a key role in maintaining and improving our site infrastructure - ensuring our buildings, plant, and equipment run safely, efficiently, and compliantly.

From reactive repairs and fault-finding to supporting improvement projects, this is a dynamic opportunity for someone with a passion for keeping things running at their best.

  Carry out preventative maintenance and emergency repairs on buildings, plant, and equipment

  
  


• 
  

  Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain up-to-date records of maintenance work and inventory

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards

  
  


• 
  

  Respond to breakdowns and support continuous improvement initiatives

  
  


• 
  

  Provide facilities support across multiple sites as required

  
  

• 
  

  Proven experience in facilities or plant maintenance

  
  


• 
  

  A completed mechanical or craft apprenticeship (or equivalent time-served experience)

  
  


• 
  

  Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills

  
  


• 
  

  Comfortable working at height, with an IOSH certificate

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent communication and a team-first mindset

  
  


• 
  

  A proactive, flexible approach with the ability to manage your own workload

  
  


• 
  

  Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with maintenance systems
