The Role:
You will be speaking directly with qualified, high-calibre leads — CEOs and Founders of £3m+ businesses — in a consultative, insight-driven sales process.
This is all about building relationships, understanding growth goals, and closing meaningful, high-value memberships.
- Own and convert warm, sales-qualified leads
- Lead insightful, value-driven consultations with senior business leaders
- Build lasting, trust-based relationships
- Achieve daily and weekly membership targets
- Keep your CRM pipeline organised and share learnings with the team
- Attend exclusive events and network with top entrepreneurs
- Contribute to a fast-paced, ambitious, and collaborative team culture
Experience:
- Proven experience in consultative sales (B2B, media, community, or membership preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine interest in business, leadership, and entrepreneurship
- Confidence, professionalism, and emotional intelligence
- Motivation to thrive in a high-performance, target-driven environment
