The Head Chef will have shared creative freedom to shape a menu that celebrates modern British cuisine and fresh, hand-crafted pizzas, all in a welcoming, lovely setting.

The Gastro Pub is part of a small collection of venues in London, which a super supportive team who are here to back your ideas! This is a fantastic opportunity for a Head Chef to build their own team, influence the food offering from day one.



Head Chef requirements:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef in a fast-paced, casual dining environment.
• Strong culinary skills with a passion for fresh, nutritious food.
• Good understanding of food safety and health regulations and team management.
