I have partnered up with a forward-thinking, high-performing service provider who are seeking a talented Contract Manager to take charge of day-to-day operations at a busy, technically complex site.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves managing people, solving problems, and making buildings work better.

What we're looking for:

• A recognised qualification in electrical or mechanical services City and Guilds or Equivalent
• You’ve managed engineering teams and know how to get the best from your people
• Familiar with Health & Safety legislation, ideally NEBOSH or IOSH certified
•  Able to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and contractors alike

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Leading a skilled engineering team while ensuring high standards and accountability
• Acting as a key contact for the client, providing updates and insights, and resolving any operational issues
• Tracking spend, forecasting, and presenting progress reports and improvement strategies
• Ensuring all services are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with contract KPIs and SLAs
