Quality Manager – Food Safety & Compliance

Location: Wrocław, Poland (Relocation support available; open to candidates across Poland)
Compensation Package:

• Base Salary: 22,000 PLN/month gross
• Quarterly Bonus: 6,000 PLN
• Annual Bonus: 10,000 PLN

Position Overview

This is a senior leadership role focused on food safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The Quality Manager will work closely with executive leadership to drive strategic system improvements, ensure audit readiness, and lead cross-functional quality initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation and refinement of food safety and quality systems (e.g., ISO, HACCP, GFSI)
• Lead internal and external audit processes, ensuring compliance with customer and regulatory standards
• Act as the primary contact for clients on quality-related matters
• Drive documentation accuracy, training initiatives, and KPI monitoring
• Collaborate with leadership to foster a culture of quality and risk awareness
• Manage and develop both direct and indirect reports across the organization

Candidate Profile

• Extensive background in quality, food safety, and compliance in manufacturing
• Proven leadership experience, including direct team management
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and client expectations
• Experience in system design, implementation, and continuous improvement

Certifications:
Relevant qualifications (e.g., ISO, HACCP, GFSI) preferred; specific requirements to be confirmed during the selection process
